About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle monthly accounting closure, including reconciliations, provisions, accruals and review of ledger balances.
- Support statutory and regulatory compliance, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other applicable compliances.
- Coordinate and provide required information/documentation for internal, statutory and tax audits.
- Assist in FP&A activities, including MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.
- Prepare financial workings, schedules and supporting documents for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants and other stakeholders for timely completion of finance and compliance activities.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely submission of assigned reports and compliances.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Accounting; CA Inter/CA/CMA qualification will be an added advantage.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting closure, compliance, audit coordination and/or FP&A.
- Hands on experience of SAP.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to meet monthly deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
