Role & responsibilities
- Draft notices, agendas and minutes for Board, Committee and General Meetings
- Maintain statutory registers and records under the Companies Act, 2013
- Prepare and file ROC forms on the MCA portal (e.g., MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-12, MGT-14)
- Assist with SEBI (LODR) compliances, stock exchange disclosures and the compliance calendar
- Support compliance for subsidiaries, including the IFSC LLP and overseas step-down entities (FEMA/ODI filings where applicable)
- Help with corporate actions such as allotments, resolutions and agreements
- Research legal and regulatory updates and prepare short notes for the team
