Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, focused on compliance and cost control within Surya Exports textile manufacturing and export operations. The role involves monitoring adherence to regulatory, legal, and industry standards, maintaining documentation for audits and certifications, and coordinating with factory teams to ensure ongoing compliance with sustainability and social responsibility requirements. The position includes analyzing operational and procurement costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and supporting budget planning and variance analysis. The individual will work closely with management, production, and finance teams to implement controls, prepare regular compliance and cost reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives in processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills, particularly in manufacturing, exports, and sustainability-focused operations.
• Candidates should possess solid Legal Compliance skills for GOTS GRS tracebility, Oekotex tracebility
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for cost analysis, budget tracking, data interpretation, and process optimization.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports, and interacting with auditors and external stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, law, business, or a related field; experience in textiles, manufacturing, or export compliance is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
