Role Description The Compensation Benefits Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that support organizational goals and comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Day-to-day activities include evaluating job roles, maintaining compensation structures, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring accurate and timely communication of compensation and benefits information to employees. The role collaborates closely with HR, finance, and leadership teams to conduct market analyses, review internal equity, manage audits, and support policy development. The manager also monitors program effectiveness, recommends improvements, and contributes to employee engagement and retention through fair and competitive total rewards practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Job Evaluation and understanding of role benchmarking and internal equity.
• Proficiency in Compensation Management and Compensation Structures, including salary bands and incentive plans.
• Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits, including health, retirement, and wellness programs.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use HRIS or related tools for compensation and benefits management.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and high ethical standards.
• Prior experience in a compensation and benefits or total rewards role, preferably in a healthcare or services organization.
