Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Company Secretary role based in Karol Bagh, Delhi. We are looking for passionate professionals eager to build a career in SME & Main Board IPO execution and capital markets advisory.
Qualifications
Qualified Company Secretary
- Experience: Hands-on experience in managing SME and Main Board IPO assignments end-to-end.
- Key Focus: DRHP/RHP preparation & review, secretarial due diligence, regulatory filings, and end-to-end listing execution.
- Key Skills: Practical expertise in Companies Act, SEBI ICDR, LODR Regulations, and seamless coordination with SEBI, Stock Exchanges, RTAs, Legal Advisors, and Auditors.
