Company Secretary

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable corporate laws and regulations.
• Prepare notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions for Board Meetings and General Meetings.
• Manage statutory filings and returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other regulatory authorities.
• Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, and secretarial documents.
• Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely completion of statutory obligations.
• Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders on corporate compliance matters.
• Assist in corporate governance, documentation, and maintenance of legal records.
• Prepare and file necessary forms and documents through MCA portals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in company secretarial work and corporate compliance.
• Good understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, ROC filings, and corporate governance.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance, annual filings, and secretarial documentation.
• Strong documentation, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with MCA filing procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and compliance deadlines efficiently.
