Work Mode: Remote

Working Days: 6 days a week

Stipend: 5K-10K

About the Role

At IndulgeOut, we're building the ecosystem for offline experiences — connecting people with experiences, communities and the hosts behind them.

As an Event Host & Community Onboarding Intern, you'll be responsible for building and managing the supply side of that ecosystem.

Your job is simple:

find the right hosts and communities, get them onto IndulgeOut, help them succeed, and build relationships that keep them coming back.

This is a high-ownership role. You won't just be following up on leads or managing spreadsheets — you'll own a part of IndulgeOut's host growth.

What You'll Own

• Host & Community Acquisition — Identify event hosts, community builders, creators and experience curators across categories and bring them onto IndulgeOut.
• Onboarding — Take hosts from first conversation to successfully listing and launching their experiences on the platform.
• Relationship Management — Build strong, ongoing relationships with hosts and become their primary point of contact at IndulgeOut.
• Host Success — Understand what hosts need to create better experiences, drive bookings and grow on the platform.
• Reactivation & Retention — Stay on top of existing hosts, identify inactive ones and bring them back with relevant opportunities.
• Market & Community Discovery — Constantly identify interesting communities, creators and emerging experiences that should be part of IndulgeOut.
• Pipeline Ownership — Maintain and manage the host pipeline, follow-ups, onboarding status and conversion from lead → onboarded host → active host.
• Cross-functional Execution — Work closely with the product, marketing and operations teams to make host onboarding and event launches seamless.

What We're Looking For

• You're highly proactive and don't need to be told what to do next.
• You're comfortable cold reaching out, following up and starting conversations with strangers.
• You can build relationships without sounding scripted or salesy.
• You have a strong understanding of people, communities, events and internet culture.
• You're organised enough to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups without dropping the ball.
• You care about outcomes, not just completing tasks.
• Prior experience in events, community building, partnerships, sales or creator ecosystems is a plus — but ownership and hustle matter more.
