About this role

Description

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Supervisor to lead our commissioning activities for electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and electrical power distribution systems in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership capabilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Supervise commissioning activities for electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and electrical power distribution systems.
Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure all commissioning activities are carried out efficiently and within timelines.
Conduct testing and validation of systems to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of commissioning processes and results.
Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians during the commissioning phase.
Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during commissioning.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the commissioning process.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
6-10 years of experience in commissioning roles, preferably in power generation or industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
Proficiency in using commissioning tools and software for testing and validation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
