Commercial Excellence QA Associate (Analytics & AI Solutions)

Job Purpose

The Commercial Excellence QA Tester (Analytics & AI Solutions) is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and business readiness of Commercial Excellence solutions, with a primary focus on analytics and reporting tools such as Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRM Analytics), Tableau, and other data visualization and data-driven platforms.

The role works closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and business stakeholders to validate enhancements, new capabilities, integrations, and emerging technologies before deployment. The successful candidate will perform end-to-end business validation, verify data accuracy, and ensure a high-quality user experience across analytics, reporting, AI-enabled solutions, and future Commercial Excellence technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Design and execute test cases, test scripts, and regression testing.
• Validate business requirements and end-to-end business processes.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Support user acceptance testing and release validation activities.
  
  

Analytics & Reporting Validation

• Validate CRM Analytics, Tableau, and other reporting/analytics solutions.
• Verify data accuracy, calculations, KPIs, filters, and business logic.
• Ensure consistency and quality across dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
  
  

Agile Delivery & Innovation

• Participate in Agile / SAFe ceremonies and sprint activities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and business stakeholders.
• Support testing of AI-enabled solutions, automation capabilities, and future technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  
  

Languages

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
  
  

Required

Experience & Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Business Testing.
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce solutions
• At least one Salesforce Certification: Administrator 201, CRM Analytics Certification, or other Salesforce certifications.
• Experience validating dashboards, reports, KPIs, metrics, and business reporting requirements.
• Experience working in Agile and/or SAFe environments.
• Experience using testing and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, QTest).
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with CRM Analytics, Tableau, or similar analytics and visualization platforms.
• Experience testing AI-enabled solutions, automation tools, or emerging technologies.
• Experience supporting sales, CRM, analytics, or commercial business processes.
