Collection Officer - Loan Collections (Field)

THIS IS A FIELD ROLE (loan collections) with monthly targets. Candidates with collections / recovery / NBFC or banking field experience will be preferred.

We are hiring for one of the top reputed NBFC / Financial Services companies - Collection Officer - Loan Collections (Field) in Pali, Rajasthan. 1 open position.

Role: Achieve collection targets, minimize credit losses and drive higher resolution of delinquent loan accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly collection targets on the assigned portfolio

• Daily monitoring and follow-up of delinquent accounts

• Field visits to borrowers and create recovery solutions

• Flag likely default cases early and report to the team

• Maintain all collection documentation as per norms

What we are looking for:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in loan collections / recovery / NBFC field work

• Good local market knowledge of Pali

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Must be living in / near Pali (local candidates only)

• Graduate in any discipline

Salary: Rs 3,25,000 - 4,25,000 per annum + incentives
