**What you'll own**

- Building the performance marketing business from the ground up

- Sourcing offers, affiliate networks and advertisers

- Growing publisher and sub-affiliate partnerships

- Running campaigns, tracking and optimization for maximum ROI

- Managing payouts, compliance and cash flow

- Building and leading your team

**You'rethe one if you have**- Proven track record in affiliate, CPA or performance marketing- A strong network of advertisers, networks or publishers- The ability to invest in the business- An owner's mindset: you build it like it's your own
