CareKub helps families find trusted nannies for in-home care. We are building a childcare brand on three things: trust, quality and convenience.

The role

You join as a co-founder and investor. You own marketing and growth, shape the brand, bring in families and nannies, and help set the company's strategy as we scale.

What you'll do

• Build the brand and run digital marketing campaigns
• Drive customer acquisition and build long-term family relationships
• Research the market, customers and competitors
• Build partnerships and work with leadership on product and growth decisions
• Contribute financially to the growth of the venture

Who you are

• Proven marketing expertise: brand building, digital marketing, campaign execution
• Sales experience and strong communication skills
• Analytical, and comfortable with financial planning
• An entrepreneurial mindset, ideally with startup or co-founding experience
• Ready to commit full-time to a leadership role, working remotely
• Ready to invest in CareKub and make investment decisions alongside the founders
