Role Description The Co-Founder (Tech) and Investor will play a key leadership role in shaping Indiexpo Global's technology vision and strategic growth. This full-time, hybrid position is based in Hyderabad, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and executing the company's technology roadmap, evaluating and implementing digital solutions for supply chain, compliance, and trade operations, and building scalable platforms to support international expansion. The role involves collaborating with business, operations, and sales teams to integrate technology into core processes, improving data visibility, efficiency, and decision-making. As an investor and co-founder, this person will also participate in high-level strategic planning, fundraising discussions, key partnerships, and governance, while helping build and mentor a lean tech team aligned with long-term business goals.

• Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities, evaluate technology solutions, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and clear documentation of technical and business initiatives.
• Sales and marketing skills to support go-to-market strategies, digital presence, and technology-driven customer engagement in international trade.
• Research skills to explore emerging technologies, global trade regulations, and industry best practices relevant to import-export and manufacturing.
• Experience in technology leadership (e.g., CTO, tech founder, or senior engineering role) in logistics, supply chain, trade, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
• Hands-on background in building or overseeing digital platforms, integrations, and data systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, trade compliance tools) is preferred.
• Ability to operate in a startup environment, take ownership, manage ambiguity, and align tech strategy with long-term business objectives.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant entrepreneurial or investment experience is an advantage.
