CNC BENDING OPERATOR

Role Description This full-time, on-site CNC Bending Operator role is based in Saha and involves operating CNC bending machinery to produce precision components for medical devices. The CNC Bending Operator will set up machines, interpret technical drawings, and adjust parameters to meet production specifications and tolerances. Daily responsibilities include monitoring machine performance, inspecting finished parts, and performing basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation. The role also requires maintaining accurate production records, following quality and safety procedures, and collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate and monitor CNC and related machine operation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Experience with machining processes, including basic Machining and Milling in a production environment.
• Skills in Quality Control, including inspecting parts, measuring dimensions, and documenting results.
• Familiarity with industrial Machinery, including routine checks, minor adjustments, and reporting issues.
• Capability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and measurement tools (calipers, gauges).
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment; experience in medical devices is an advantage.
• Relevant technical qualification or vocational training in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing disciplines preferred.
