We are looking for a skilled and experienced CMM Operator responsible for operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines to ensure dimensional accuracy, quality, and conformity of manufactured components with engineering specifications.

• Operate and maintain CMM equipment for accurate dimensional inspection.
• Create, modify and optimize CMM programs using PC-DMIS / MCOSMOS.
• Perform FAI, in-process and final inspections of components.
• Interpret GD&T requirements, engineering drawings and inspection specifications.
• Analyze measurement data and prepare inspection reports.
• Identify and resolve dimensional and quality-related issues in coordination with engineering and production teams.
• Maintain CMM calibration, accuracy and proper machine performance.
• Ensure inspection activities are carried out according to defined quality standards and procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation and traceability of inspection results.

• Strong hands-on experience in CMM operation and programming.
• Proficiency in PC-DMIS and/or MCOSMOS.
• Good understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of metrology and dimensional inspection techniques.
• Ability to analyze measurement data and identify deviations.
• Good problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Hands-on CMM programming experience will be a definite advantage.

A mechanical engineering professional with 3–6 years of practical experience in CMM operation, programming and dimensional inspection, preferably from a precision manufacturing environment.
