Summary:
As a Cloud Operations Administrator, a typical day involves collaborating closely with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee capacity management, ensuring that cloud resources are efficiently allocated and utilized. The role includes managing billing and show back operations to maintain transparency and control over cloud expenditures. Additionally, the position requires continuous efforts in cost optimization across various cloud environments, balancing performance needs with budget constraints. This role demands proactive monitoring and coordination to support seamless cloud operations and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the cloud infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Monitor cloud resource utilization and recommend adjustments to optimize capacity and cost.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of cloud operations with business objectives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cloud governance policies and procedures.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on cloud operations tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Dynatrace Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with New Relic, Grafana.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure monitoring and performance tuning.
- Experience in managing multi-cloud environments and related operational tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret cloud usage data to drive cost optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline cloud operations tasks.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dynatrace Administration.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
