Cloud Architect

We are looking for an experienced AWS L3 Engineer with strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Linux, troubleshooting, monitoring, and cloud security.

Work Requirements:

• Experience: 7–10+ years preferred
• Working: 5 days
• Location: Work from Office (WFO)
• Support: 24/7 rotational on-call availability
• Client Facing Capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 production support for AWS, Kubernetes, and Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, performance, networking, and application issues.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure and proactively resolve incidents.
• Handle P1/P2 incidents, RCA, problem management, and service restoration.
• Follow ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Implement and maintain AWS cloud security best practices.
• Handle escalations from and provide technical guidance to L1/L2 teams.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, patching, maintenance, and optimization.
• Participate in 24/7 rotational on-call support.
