Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support clinical trial activities and ensure studies are conducted according to protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clinical trial activities and study documentation.
• Assist in site coordination and communication with investigators and study teams.
• Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) and essential study documents.
• Support monitoring visits and follow up on site-related activities.
• Review and track study data, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
• Assist with identifying and resolving study-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain study reports and trackers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of study activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing, or a related field.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Clinical Research, GCP, and clinical trial processes.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
