About The Role

This role owns everything after the contract as one chain, not three hand-offs: onboarding a clinical account from configuration to first live use, keeping schools, centres and programmes running once they are live, and being the technical first line when something breaks — diagnosing it, fixing what can be fixed on the spot, and taking the rest to engineering with enough detail to fix it once.

About The Role

This role owns everything after the contract as one chain, not three hand-offs: onboarding a clinical account from configuration to first live use, keeping schools, centres and programmes running once they are live, and being the technical first line when something breaks — diagnosing it, fixing what can be fixed on the spot, and taking the rest to engineering with enough detail to fix it once.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard every new clinical account — configuration, data migration, role setup and templates, through to first live use.
- Run setup and configuration for new schools, centres and programmes.
- Train clinical users and their supervisors, and stay with them until the platform is part of their routine.
- Handle day-to-day support across live accounts as the technical first line — diagnose, fix, or escalate.
- Triage issues into engineering with reproducible detail, and push for the fix rather than the workaround.
- Track adoption per account and step in before it stalls.
- Maintain SOPs and the internal knowledge base so the same question never arrives twice.
- Prepare accounts for renewal with evidence of use.
- 3+ years in customer success, implementation, technical support or clinical operations.
- Working technical knowledge — web and mobile apps, user roles and permissions, structured data, and reading an error well enough to describe it.
- Exposure to clinical, healthcare or school settings; familiarity with assessment workflows is a strong plus.
- Patience with users who are not technical and should not have to be.
- Clear written communication — tickets, SOPs and handovers.
- A read for the account going quiet before it churns.
