Position: Clinical Documentation Specialist

Location: Mohali, Punjab

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and maintaining clinical documentation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, organize, and maintain clinical documentation and records

Ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance with HIPAA standards

Conduct quality checks and resolve documentation discrepancies

Manage document workflows, indexing, filing, and record maintenance

Generate reports and maintain tracking logs using Excel and other tools

Coordinate with internal teams to support documentation and compliance processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience in healthcare documentation, medical records, or clinical administration preferred

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF management tools

Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is a plus

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to handle confidential healthcare information professionally
