USI-EH27-CS&G-USI Digital-Specialist, Data Management- Hyderabad

Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Data Management on the Data Strategy and Governance team, you will be responsible for:
- Defining and maintaining data standards, data definitions, and documentation for Salesforce and other business data sources.
- Performing data-quality reviews, identifying data issues, and coordinating remediation with business and technology teams.
- Creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support data-driven decision-making.
- Gathering business needs and translating them into documented technical requirements, data workflows, and enhancement requests.
- Supporting data-governance initiatives and recurring deliverables through approved artificial intelligence tools in accordance with Deloitte policies.

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience working with Salesforce or another customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
- Experience using Power BI to create dashboards, reports, visualizations, and actionable insights.
- Experience using artificial intelligence (AI) tools to improve productivity, analysis, or process efficiency.
- Experience gathering business needs and translating them into documented technical requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
- Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Experience using BoardEx or Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) for market research.
- Experience using LinkedIn for market research.
