About this role
We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing & Exhibition Professional who can handle client communication, understand project requirements, and confidently present ideas and concepts to clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage client communication and day-to-day coordination
• Handle corporate and government clients
• Understand client briefs and requirements
• Present exhibition concepts, ideas and designs to clients
• Effectively pitch and explain ideas to clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
• Manage follow-ups and ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements
• Prior experience in exhibitions/event management preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confident in dealing with government/corporate clients
• Good understanding of exhibition design and concepts
• Ability to present and sell ideas effectively
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
Engagement: Initially project-based, with potential for full-time based on performance and mutual fit.
