▌ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Management Trainee — Marketing & Sales, you'll get hands-on exposure to how marketing and business development actually work together — generating leads, running campaigns, and building the client and partner relationships that turn interest into real business. It's a role built for someone who wants to learn the full front end of growth, not just one slice of it.

▌ ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Servicing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.
• Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and share regular updates, reports, proposals, and presentations as required.

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Reach out to prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business pitches.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to convert opportunities into business.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track leads from initial contact to closure.
• Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
