We're Hiring: Product Manager - Doctor Marketing at Birla Fertility & IVF - Gurgaon

We are looking for a Product Manager - Doctor Marketing who can develop doctor-centric marketing strategies, strengthen doctor engagement, and drive referrals through targeted scientific communication and effective marketing initiatives.

Designation: Manager / Senior Manager (Individual Contributor)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 10 - 12 years

Industry: Pharma / Life Sciences / Healthcare

Doctor Marketing & Engagement:

- Develop and execute doctor-centric marketing and communication strategies.

- Understand doctor personas, segmentation, needs, and referral behaviour.

- Design targeted initiatives to strengthen doctor engagement and influence referrals.

- Develop scientific and clinical communication materials for doctors.

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

- Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans along with promotional calendars.

- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and internal sales performance.

- Identify opportunities to improve doctor engagement and marketing effectiveness.

Sales & Field Force Collaboration:

- Work closely with field sales teams to execute marketing initiatives.

- Collaborate with Sales Training to strengthen field team effectiveness.

- Capture field insights and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.

- Track doctor detailing and engagement effectiveness.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Clinical and Embryology teams to ensure scientific accuracy in communication.

- Collaborate with Branding and other stakeholders to develop effective marketing campaigns.

- Lead initiatives to improve doctor outreach and referral generation.

Technical:

- Experience in Product Management and Doctor Marketing within Pharma / Life Sciences / Healthcare.

- Strong understanding of doctor segmentation and HCP engagement.

- Expertise in scientific communication and referral-influencing strategies.

- Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and marketing analytics.

- Willingness to travel 5 - 7 days per month.

- MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred.
