Role & responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities at residential project sites.

Monitor work progress and ensure execution according to approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, labourers, suppliers, and project teams.

Check the quality of materials and construction work.

Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and project schedules.

Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
