Role Description This full-time, on-site Civil Engineering Professional role is based in Gurugram. The position involves supporting and leading civil engineering design tasks, including reviewing drawings, preparing plans, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include assessing project requirements, contributing to design calculations, assisting in water resource management activities, and monitoring project progress against timelines and quality standards. The role requires regular communication with project managers, clients, and site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations. The professional will also participate in documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of engineering processes and project outcomes.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
• Experience or knowledge in Water Resource Management, including planning, design, or analysis of water supply, drainage, or related systems.
• Project Management skills to help plan tasks, track progress, manage resources, and support delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in relevant design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools, or hydraulic modeling software) is preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, reports, and specifications and adapt to project needs on-site in Gurugram.
• Prior experience in infrastructure or water-related projects is an advantage, along with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
