Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in the Pune or Bengaluru. The Civil Engineer will support planning, design, and execution of water supply, sanitation, and related civil infrastructure projects, including Source to Tap and FHTC schemes. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing site assessments, coordinating with project teams and contractors, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and government specifications. The role involves monitoring construction progress, resolving technical issues at site, preparing reports and documentation, and supporting quality & safety practices. The Civil Engineer will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining high engineering and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Civil engineering fundamentals.
• Candidates should possess skills in Planning for civil projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and monitoring progress.
• Candidates should have knowledge of Stormwater Management and related water supply and sanitation systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution. Diploma will be acceptable.
• Familiarity with government infrastructure projects, standards, and codes, particularly in water supply and sanitation.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site and in cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality control, and environmentally responsible engineering practices.
• This Job is for Experienced candidates upto 2-3 years in relevant field only.
