Qualification: - Required: Bachelors in civil engineering Experience: Minimum 1 to 4 years of proven experience in Business Development for infrastructure projects, with mandatory exposure to tendering, procurement, RFPs, and EOIs under PMC consultancy.

Roles and Responsibilities

Business Development

• Support the preparation and drafting of RFPs, and EOIs for various infrastructure and donor funded projects.
• Develop work methodologies, technical approaches, and specifications for upcoming bids.

Technical Support

• Provide engineering expertise and technical guidance to project stakeholders, consultants, and team members.

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle from planning to implementation and completion.

• Ensure adherence to project schedules, construction specifications, and safety standards.
• Review and check contractors documents, including ESMP, QA/QC procedures, work programs, and interim payment certificates.

• Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimation, and technical reviews for infrastructure and construction works.

• Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
