We are seeking a skilled Civil site design engineer to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting civil site design projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to high-quality engineering solutions. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects and utilize advanced design tools in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and review of civil site development plans, including grading, earthwork, site utilities,
• and geometrics.
• Utilize specialized engineering software to model and validate stormwater, sanitary, and water distribution
• systems.
• Oversee gravity stormwater system design, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
• Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modelling for flood protection, drainage, and water resources.
• management.
• Prepare and review plan and profile drawings, corridor modelling, and surface generation for roadway and
• utility layouts.
• Manage the project lifecycle from concept through construction documentation and client delivery.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and CAD/BIM technicians.
• Conduct design reviews and QA/QC checks, and ensure adherence to internal standards and client
• specifications.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines (structural, environmental, and geotechnical) and external stakeholders.
• Develop training modules for junior staff on Civil 3D workflows, grading plans, and stormwater modeling.
• Lead internal workshops and peer reviews to promote continuous improvement.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend upskilling initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, constraints, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare high-quality technical proposals, design reports, and presentation materials.
• Represent the firm in client meetings, technical discussions, and proposal defenses.

Core Competencies:

• Proficiency in civil engineering design principles and practices
• Knowledge of Civil Site Design, highway design, earthwork
• Familiarity with land development, stormwater management, site grading, site utilities, site geometrics, and site development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership Skills

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field is preferred
• 8-10 years experience in Civil Site Engineering design
• Significant experience with CAD software Civil 3D
