Key Responsibilities

•     Model wet utilities (storm drainage, sewer, potable water, irrigation and fire water) and dry utilities (power, telecom and ducts) in Civil 3D

•     Develop surfaces, pipe and pressure networks, profiles and utility corridors

•     Prepare plan and profile sheets, longitudinal sections and utility coordination drawings

•     Carry out utility clash checks and co-ordinate with the design engineers

•     Update models and drawings as design develops

Skills & Requirements

•     Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D, including pipe networks, pressure networks and corridors

•     Strong AutoCAD skills

•     Working knowledge of Navisworks is an advantage

•     Understanding of utility layouts and coordination on site development projects
