Role Description The City Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, responsible for leading and growing Fairdeal Realtors commercial real estate operations within the city and surrounding region. The City Head oversees business development, client relationship management, and transaction execution, ensuring targets are met across office, retail, warehousing, and investment properties. Daily responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, guiding clients through property selection and negotiations, and coordinating closely with internal teams on market research, property listings, and deal documentation. The role involves building and mentoring a high-performing city team, setting clear performance goals, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, and key market stakeholders. The City Head also monitors local market trends, develops city-level strategies, and upholds the organization's standards of service quality, ethical conduct, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial real estate knowledge, including market analysis, property valuations, and transaction structuring.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring, performance tracking, and building high-performing sales or advisory teams.
• Business development and client relationship skills, including networking, key account management, and long-term client retention.
• Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to drive high-value deals and represent the company with corporate and institutional clients.
• Operational and strategic planning capabilities, including target setting, performance monitoring, and city-level growth strategy development.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in commercial real estate or related sectors, with at least a few years in a city or regional leadership role.
