Role Description The Cinematographer will be responsible for planning, shooting, and visually shaping video and film projects for a range of advertising campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with creative directors and producers on shot lists, selecting lenses and camera setups, designing lighting schemes, and ensuring visual consistency across projects. The role involves supervising camera and lighting crews on set, maintaining technical standards for all video assets, and contributing to visual storytelling that aligns with brand objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring close collaboration with the agency's creative and production teams.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Camera Operation and Cinematography, with an eye for composition, movement, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in Video Production and Film Production, including planning shoots, coordinating with production teams, and managing on-set workflows.
• Proficiency in Lighting design and execution, including studio, location, and natural light setups to achieve desired moods and aesthetics.
• Knowledge of industry-standard cameras, lenses, and related equipment, and ability to select appropriate tools for different projects.
• Familiarity with post-production workflows and close collaboration with editors and colorists to maintain visual intent.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, work within brand guidelines, and contribute visual ideas in a collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Relevant education in Film, Media, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in commercial or narrative production.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating high-quality cinematography work, ideally including advertising or branded content.
