    - Facilitate meetings and engagements with community organisations, civil society, government officials, and media representatives.

    - Oversee public grievance documentation, escalation, and follow-up.

    - Maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders across the state.

    4. Team & Project Management:

    - Supervise administrative, communications, research, and field coordination teams.

    - Monitor deliverables, timelines, and performance across ongoing projects.

    - Coordinate public events, constituency programmes, outreach initiatives, and leadership engagements.

    - Ensure effective communication between the leadership and execution teams.

    5. Communications & Research:

    - Coordinate with communications and media teams to ensure timely dissemination of official information.

    - Support speech preparation, policy research, public statements, and leadership briefings.

    - Monitor relevant media coverage and public developments.

    - Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

    Candidate Requirements:

    - 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in political consulting, public affairs, public policy, government relations, administration, or senior executive office management.

    - Strong understanding of Goa's political, social, and administrative landscape.

    - Demonstrated experience managing teams, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and executing complex projects.

    - Excellent organisational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    - Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines.

    - High standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

    - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Konkani, Marathi, and Hindi will be an advantage.

    - Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
