About The Role
We are building an independent, advisory-led Multi-Family Office (MFO) focused on wealth preservation, growth, and inter-generational wealth management for promoter families, entrepreneurs, HNIs and UHNIs.
We are looking for a senior, entrepreneurial investment professional to work closely with the Founder and help build and scale the MFO.
This is NOT a sales, marketing, or customer-service role. Candidates must have a strong investment and wealth-advisory background.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis covering assets, liabilities, investments, business interests, cash flows and liquidity
- Prepare net-worth statements, wealth dashboards and portfolio reviews
- Develop and review Investment Policy Statements (IPS)
- Design customized portfolios based on investment objectives, risk appetite and liquidity requirements
- Evaluate investments across:
- Mutual Funds
- PMS & AIFs
- Fixed Income
- Global Funds
- Private Equity / VC
- Angel Investments
- Pre-IPO / Unlisted Investments
- Real Estate Funds
- Alternatives
- M&A opportunities
- Evaluate and challenge recommendations from external fund managers and wealth managers
- Support estate & succession planning, trusts, taxation, family governance, philanthropy and legacy planning
- Build relationships with HNI/UHNI and promoter families
- Coordinate with banks, fund managers, lawyers, tax advisors and other specialists
- Develop institutional-quality investment processes, due-diligence frameworks and reporting systems
- Build and lead teams across investments, research, analytics, operations and client servicing
- CA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) – Mandatory
- 8–15+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in a Wealth Advisory Firm is mandatory
- Background in Family Office, Multi-Family Office, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Management, or Wealth Advisory
- Strong knowledge of asset allocation, portfolio construction and investment analysis
- Experience with traditional and alternative investments
- Experience managing/advising HNI/UHNI or promoter-family portfolios
- Experience with financial analysis, IPS drafting and customized portfolio construction
- Strong understanding of Indian and global fund houses, investment managers and wealth-management strategies
- Proven leadership, analytical, relationship-management and execution skills
- High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on and ownership-oriented mindset
