Role Details

Reporting To - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location - Bangalore (Corporate Office)

Work Model - Onsite

What would you be doing

The CEO's Office will be a strategic role, driving cross-functional priorities, tracking key business initiatives, providing strategic business insights, and ensuring effective execution of strategic decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives, business priorities, and critical projects.
• Help prioritize and structure the CEO's time and agenda, curating issues and decisions that require direct CEO attention.
• Drive end-to-end execution of CEO-prioritized projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Take ownership of key strategic projects and business priorities from problem definition through execution and closure.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Business, HR, Finance, Operations, Technology, Marketing, and other functions to drive organizational priorities.
• Serve as the primary coordination point with Tata Digital and Tata Group on cross entity reporting and organizational asks.
• Develop and share dashboards, business reviews, presentations, and reports for the CEO, including board presentations, leadership decks, business plans, and strategic reviews.
• Analyse business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Track strategic initiatives, and key deliverables across functions and to enable timely closure.
• Facilitate CEO-led leadership meetings, business reviews, town halls, governance forums and strategic discussions.
• Own the leadership team's operating cadence, including tracking follow-through on decisions across meetings.
• Represent the CEO in select forums and exercise delegated judgment on the CEO's behalf where required.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively work with stakeholders to resolve critical issues.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and leadership information.

Who are we looking for

• MBA from a Tier-1 business school preferred.
• 8 - 12 years of experience in strategy, consulting, CEO's Office, or Corporate Planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with ambiguity and without a defined playbook, in close partnership with senior stakeholders.
• High ownership, agility, discretion, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
