As we accelerate our growth, we are looking for a marketing leader who can build a powerful brand, drive customer acquisition, and establish TCY as the most trusted name in assessments and learning.

Role Purpose:

Lead TCY's marketing, brand, communications, and growth initiatives to build a category-leading EdTech brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and execute TCY's overall marketing, branding, and communications strategy.

- Build a strong, differentiated brand that stands for innovation, trust, and student success.

- Develop compelling content, storytelling, PR, social media, and thought leadership programs.

- Build and optimize performance marketing across SEO, SEM, social media, email, YouTube, and partnerships.

- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign execution, analytics, personalization, and automation.

- Build a high-performing marketing team and collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership.

What We're Looking For:

- 8 - 12 years of marketing leadership experience in technology, SaaS, consumer internet, or EdTech.

- Proven success in brand building, growth marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, and communications.

- Excellent storytelling, communication, and leadership skills.

- AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using modern AI marketing tools.

- Creative thinker with a strong bias for experimentation, speed, and measurable outcomes.
