Goodveda is a growing consumer-health company combining Ayurveda, nutrition science and lifestyle interventions to help people manage chronic metabolic health conditions.

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial, data-driven Chief Marketing Officer with proven experience scaling an Ayurveda, nutrition or nutraceutical business through profitable customer acquisition and high-impact content marketing.

*This is a hands-on growth leadership role, not a conventional brand-management position.*

What were looking for:

• 6–10+ years of relevant marketing experience

• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing

• Proven experience scaling D2C businesses and managing marketing budgets

• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and acquisition profitability

• Experience in content strategy, influencer marketing, and customer acquisition

• Leadership experience across marketing, creative, and growth teams.

*1. Profitable Customer Acquisition — Primary Responsibility*

- Own and scale performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, affiliates, influencers and emerging channels.

- Manage acquisition budgets with clear accountability for CAC, MER, delivered revenue and contribution margins.

- Develop channel-level profitability tracking from advertising spend to lead generation, sales conversion, order delivery and repeat purchase.

- Optimize lead quality, landing pages, offers, funnels, AOV and conversion rates.

- Work closely with sales teams to improve lead-to-order conversion and delivered-order percentages.

- Build scalable customer acquisition while maintaining profitability.

- Identify and test new acquisition channels to reduce dependency on existing platforms.

2. Content Planning & Marketing

- Own the overall content strategy and monthly/quarterly content calendars.

- Build a high-output creative engine for performance advertisements, short-form videos, educational content, testimonials, UGC, expert-led content and influencer campaigns.

- Translate customer insights, health concerns and consumer behaviour into compelling marketing narratives.

- Establish a systematic process for creative research, scripting, production, testing and optimization.

- Build category-specific content strategies across diabetes, weight management, liver health and other consumer-health segments.

- Collaborate with doctors, nutritionists, Ayurvedic experts, creators and internal content teams.

- Develop organic growth across Instagram, YouTube, search and other relevant platforms.

3. Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth

- Build Goodveda into a recognized and trusted consumer-health brand.

- Develop differentiated positioning combining Ayurveda, nutrition science and lifestyle intervention.

- Plan product launches, category campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives.

- Lead influencer, affiliate, creator and customer-advocacy programs.

- Develop CRM, WhatsApp, remarketing and customer lifecycle marketing.

- Improve repeat purchase, customer retention and lifetime value.

- Ensure all health-related advertising and product claims comply with applicable regulations.

4. Leadership & Execution

- Lead performance marketing, creative, content, social media, influencer and marketing analytics functions.

- Establish weekly performance reviews and monthly marketing plans.

- Build strong coordination between Marketing, Sales, Health Coaching and Operations.

- Implement AI-driven tools for creative development, research, analytics and campaign optimization.

- Own marketing budgets, agency performance and team productivity.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with Ayurveda/nutrition brands using online consultation or telecalling-assisted sales.

- Experience with chronic-health products or condition-specific consumer acquisition.

- Experience scaling marketing spends while improving profitability.

- Experience building in-house creative and performance marketing teams.
