About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the people function for a high-growth SaaS business.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in SaaS businesses, along with meaningful exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), integration, organisation transformation and scaling people practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the overall People & HR strategy aligned with business growth and organisational objectives.

- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on organisation design, workforce planning, leadership development and culture.

- Build scalable HR frameworks across talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, succession planning and employee engagement.

- Lead people strategy during M&A transactions, including due diligence, people assessment, cultural integration, organisation restructuring and post-merger integration.

- Drive change management and organisational transformation across rapidly scaling businesses.

- Build leadership pipelines and strengthen succession planning for critical roles.

- Develop a high-performance culture with strong focus on accountability, ownership and employee experience.

- Leverage HR analytics and business data to drive informed people decisions.

- Ensure robust HR governance, policies, compliance and organisational processes.

- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on complex people and organisational matters.

Ideal Candidate:

- 12-15 years of overall HR experience, with significant experience in SaaS / technology-led organisations.

- TISS or XLRI graduate/postgraduate only.

- Proven experience working as a senior HR leader / CHRO / HR Head in a SaaS or technology environment.

- Strong and demonstrable M&A exposure, preferably having led HR due diligence and integration initiatives.

- Experience managing HR for high-growth, scaling organisations.

- Strong understanding of organisation design, leadership development, talent strategy and performance management.

- Excellent business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy with commercial outcomes.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with founders, CEOs and senior leadership teams.
