The company also runs Global Trade & Investment Centres in the GCC region to help Indian companies expand internationally and support global investors and businesses entering India. We partner with founders through capital and execution support, and connect HNI, family office and NRI capital with Indian businesses.

We're looking for a Group CFO who can lead capital, compliance and financial strategy across our group of companies. This is an investment-side role, not a traditional accounts role.

What you'll do:

• Lead equity, debenture and co-investment raises with the Founder
• Present to HNIs, family offices and NRI investors
• Manage RBI, SEBI, Companies Act and FEMA compliance
• Set up investment vehicles such as AIF, NBFC and SPVs
• Own portfolio valuation, cap tables and group MIS
• Build and lead the group finance team

What we're looking for:

• Chartered Accountant (CFA or MBA Finance is a plus)
• 12–18 years of experience, including 5+ in a senior finance or investment role
• Background in NBFCs, AIFs, PE/VC, investment banking, Big 4 advisory or family offices
• Proven experience raising capital from investors
