About this role
Laxmi Diamonds - The House of Closed Setting Diamond Jewellery is appointing its Chief Executive Officer.
Since 2007, Laxmi Diamonds has perfected The Art of Closed Setting™ every diamond held in a precisely crafted gold enclosure by the hands of master karigars. From Bengaluru, our closed setting jewellery reaches retail partners across India, with branches in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai.
The next chapter calls for a leader who honours craft and builds scale.
Role: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Bengaluru (full-time, on-site)
Reports to: Founder, Chairman & Managing Director, and the Board
Key Qualifications:
- Mandatory Industry Experience: Must have a strong background specifically within the Jewelry or Diamond sector.
- Candidates from other industries will not be shortlisted for this role.
- Candidates only from BANGALORE are preferred. So please do not apply if you do not meet these qualification.
What you will lead
→ Full P&L ownership across manufacturing, sales, brand, finance and people
→ Growth of our closed setting diamond and gold jewellery portfolio across India and export markets
→ Manufacturing excellence: capacity, yield, metal-loss control, technology and karigar development
→ Professional governance, MIS and a strong second line of leadership
Who we are looking for
→ 18–25 years experience, including 7+ years leading a gold and/or diamond jewellery manufacturing business
→ Deep command of the value chain: CAD/CAM, casting, setting, finishing, hallmarking, metal accounting and diamond sourcing
→ A proven record of scaling revenue and EBITDA in B2B or retail-integrated jewellery
→ Export, ERP and governance experience is a strong advantage
