Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial CEO - Park Management to take complete ownership of the operations and commercial performance of the park portfolio.

The role will be responsible for ensuring that every park delivers an outstanding visitor experience while achieving its revenue, profitability, operational and customer-experience objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the P&L and overall operational performance of the park portfolio.

- Lead day-to-day park operations across multiple locations, ensuring high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, safety, security and customer service.

- Drive footfall, revenue, profitability, visitor frequency and revenue per visitor across parks.

- Develop and implement park-wise business plans, operating targets and performance metrics.

- Strengthen revenue streams across ticketing, F&B, activities, events, sponsorships, retail and other park-led commercial opportunities.

- Continuously improve the visitor journey and overall park experience through new activities, programming and service enhancements.

- Identify underperforming areas within parks and drive corrective action and turnaround plans.

- Establish strong SOPs, operating systems, audits and performance-management mechanisms across the park network.

- Lead and develop Park Heads, Operations teams and regional leadership to build a strong operating organisation.

- Work closely with F&B, Events, Activities, Revenue, Marketing and Sales teams to maximise the commercial potential of each park.

- Develop local partnerships and commercial opportunities to strengthen footfall and monetisation.

- Oversee park budgets, manpower planning, vendor management and operating costs.

- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, regulatory and operational standards across all locations.

- Establish a strong culture of accountability, customer service, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

- Lead the opening, stabilisation and operationalisation of new parks as the network expands.

Ideal Candidate:

- 20+ years of experience in park management, leisure, hospitality, entertainment, retail, destination management, F&B or other multi-location consumer businesses.

- Strong experience managing large-scale, multi-location operations and P&Ls.

- Proven ability to manage high-footfall consumer destinations and improve their operational and financial performance.

- Strong understanding of visitor experience, revenue management, F&B, activities, events and destination operations.

- Experience in turnaround, scaling and standardising operations across multiple locations.

- Strong commercial understanding with a track record of improving revenue, profitability and operational efficiency.

- Excellent people leadership skills with experience managing large, distributed teams.

- Hands-on, entrepreneurial and execution-oriented, with the ability to operate in a fast-growing and evolving business environment.
