WE ARE HIRING | CHIEF ADMINISTRATOR – PRESCHOOL

Rainbow Preschool International is looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Administrator to take ownership of the overall administration and centre operations.

We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, manage teams effectively and ensure that the preschool consistently maintains high standards of discipline, safety, parent experience and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete day-to-day preschool operations

• Lead and manage teaching, non-teaching and support teams

• Ensure discipline, punctuality, grooming and policy compliance

• Handle parent communication, concerns and escalations

• Support admissions and coordinate with the academic team

• Ensure child safety, hygiene and statutory compliance

• Manage centre maintenance, housekeeping, security and vendors

• Monitor documentation, attendance, inventory and administrative records

• Coordinate events and centre activities

• Prepare and submit operational reports to management

• Identify operational gaps and ensure timely corrective action

• Implement organisational SOPs and management directives consistently
