Role Description The Chemist role at Ambica is an on-site position based in Jadcherla. The Chemist will perform routine laboratory analyses, prepare and test chemical samples, and document results in accordance with established procedures. Daily responsibilities include supporting production by monitoring process parameters, conducting quality checks on raw materials and finished products, and assisting in troubleshooting any deviations. The role also involves participating in research and development activities to improve product performance, maintaining laboratory equipment, and following safety and environmental compliance standards. Collaboration with production, quality, and R&D teams is expected to ensure consistent product quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation, testing, and safe handling of chemicals.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control and Analytical Skills to monitor product specifications and interpret test data accurately.
• Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D) and Research skills to contribute to process optimization and product improvement.
• Relevant educational background such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of inorganic chemicals, preferably zinc-based products, and familiarity with industrial manufacturing environments.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures, maintain detailed records, and comply with safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
