We're hiring: Chief Operating Officer (COO) | Vastu Vihar

Location: Bodhgaya, Bihar | Full-time

We are a real estate and township developer building homes that families trust. As we grow, we are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to work side by side with our founders. You will turn strategy into execution and help shape the next chapter of the company.

What you'll lead

End-to-end operations across projects, sales, collections and customer experience

Turning the founders vision into clear plans, timelines and measurable goals

Building strong teams, processes and reporting systems as we scale

Driving efficiency, cost discipline and on-time project delivery

Working with leadership on growth, expansion and key business decisions

Who we're looking for

MBA / PGP from an IIM

A strong strategist with a proven record of execution

12+ years of industry experience in a Founder's Office role

A leader who is equally comfortable in the boardroom and on the ground
