Job Summary :

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our BPO operations in Noida and Lucknow. This opportunity is suitable for freshers and experience who are interested in building a career in customer service and customer support.The selected candidates will assist customers with their queries, provide accurate information, and help resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Communicate with customers professionally and understand their concerns.
• Provide accurate information and support as per company processes.
• Assist with query resolution and follow up on pending issues, wherever required.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records, where applicable.
• Follow established service quality standards and operating procedures.

• Ability to understand customer queries and respond appropriately.
