Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Gurugram. The Chartered Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing statutory compliances, overseeing direct and indirect tax filings, and supporting audits and internal controls. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing management reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The Chartered Accountant will collaborate with finance, operations, and management teams to support decision-making and drive financial efficiency.
Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with a strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in core accounting functions such as general ledger management, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
• Experience with taxation and compliance, including direct and indirect tax, GST, TDS, and regulatory filings.
• Skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support management decisions and business planning.
• Ability to work with accounting and ERP software, advanced Excel skills, and comfort with digital financial tools.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Prior experience in automotive, retail, or a similar industry is an advantage.
