Responsibilities

• Audit Assurance - Assist in Audits: Support statutory, internal, and tax audits for various clients or corporate departments.
• Review Records: Check financial statements, ledgers, and vouchers for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Vouching Verification: Verify transactions, assets, and liabilities during audit procedures.
• Taxation Compliance - Tax Filing: Prepare and assist in filing Income Tax, GST, and TDS returns.
• Tax Computations: Compute tax liabilities and maintain proper documentation for assessments.
• Regulatory Deadlines: Ensure timely adherence to statutory filings and corporate laws.
• Financial Reporting Accounting Operations - Accounts Finalization: Assist in the preparation and finalization of balance sheets, profit loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
• Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations and inter-company ledger reconciliations.
• MIS Reporting: Help compile Management Information System MIS reports for periodic review.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Newly qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI graduate or equivalent).
• Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of Accounting Standards AS/IFRS, auditing principles, and tax laws.
• Software Proficiency: Strong grip on MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software like Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks.
• Soft Skills: Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication.
