About this role
- Handle Direct Tax and Indirect Tax assignments, including tax compliance, assessment, advisory, and related documentation.
- Assist in Statutory Audit and Assurance assignments in accordance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.
- Work on IPO-related assignments, including due diligence, financial analysis, IPO documentation, and related audit requirements.
- Execute Internal Audit assignments, including process reviews, risk assessment, internal controls testing, and preparation of audit reports.
- Perform financial and analytical reviews and identify areas of risk, control gaps, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely completion of assignments and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, SEBI regulations, and other relevant statutory requirements.
- Prepare audit working papers, reports, tax computations, management reports, and other professional documentation.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and report-writing skills with attention to detail.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
2-4 years of post-qualification experience in a CA firm( Prefered)
