Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role located in Bikaner. The Chartered Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. The role involves managing audits, tax planning and filing, and reviewing books of accounts for accuracy and completeness. The Chartered Accountant will liaise with clients to understand their financial needs, provide advisory support on accounting and taxation issues, and assist in improving internal controls and financial processes. The position requires regular collaboration with team members to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality professional services.

Qualifications

• Recognized Chartered Accountant qualification and membership with the relevant professional body
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, along with solid MS Excel skills
• Experience in audit, financial reporting, and preparation of statutory and management accounts
• Ability to analyze financial data, identify issues, and provide clear, practical recommendations
• Effective communication skills, client-facing experience, and a professional service mindset
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments
• Prior experience in a public accounting or CA firm environment is an advantage
