Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Change Management Lead with expertise in AI adoption and digital transformation to develop and execute change management strategies for IT projects and AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate will drive stakeholder engagement, change readiness, communications, training, user adoption, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with project milestones and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Change Management Strategy and Enablement

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans covering stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communication strategies, training plans, and user adoption.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate impact analysis, develop communication materials, generate training content, and personalize messaging for different stakeholder groups.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure effective adoption of new technologies and business processes.

2. Project Alignment and Change Readiness

• Align change management activities with overall IT project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Track and report change management progress, readiness indicators, and adoption risks.
• Use AI-powered dashboards and analytics to identify readiness gaps, anticipate resistance, and mitigate risks ahead of go-live.
• Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.

3. Adoption Metrics and Business Value Realization

• Define and monitor key adoption metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
• Establish measurement frameworks to assess user engagement, proficiency, adoption rates, productivity improvements, and business outcomes.
• Track benefits realization and demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of implemented solutions.

4. Process Improvement and AI Automation

• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive change management activities using AI agents and automation tools.
• Collaborate with AI developers and technical teams to design, test, implement, and scale AI-enabled change management solutions.
• Continuously improve change management methodologies, tools, templates, and delivery processes.

5. Change Management for AI Adoption

• Lead organizational change initiatives associated with the implementation of AI-enabled tools, platforms, and agents.
• Help business users understand, trust, and effectively use AI-powered solutions.
• Develop user enablement programs, adoption communications, and responsible AI usage guidelines.
• Promote awareness of AI capabilities, limitations, governance, data privacy, and ethical usage.

Required Skills and Experience

• 7–11 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, digital transformation, or IT program delivery.
• Strong experience in developing and executing change management strategies and enablement plans.
• Hands-on expertise in stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communication planning, training strategy, and user adoption.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT implementations and managing change across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Familiarity with AI tools and generative AI applications for content creation, impact analysis, reporting, and process automation.
• Understanding of AI adoption, responsible AI practices, and AI-enabled business transformation.
• Experience defining adoption KPIs, readiness assessments, risk mitigation plans, and benefits realization frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business teams, project managers, technology teams, and AI developers.
